The Flying Bees

The Flying Bees is an all women's aviation group dedicated to sharing the fun of sport aviation with other women.  If you are a woman who believes that an "LSA (light sport airplane) is a girl's best friend," then this group is for you!

Lunch Meetings

The Bees are currently holding monthly lunch social meetings at noon on the last Friday of every month at the Thompson Creek Mall Ledo Pizza.

Fly-Outs

The Bees will be holding weekend fly-outs as soon as the weather warms up.

Book Exchange

Bring your favorite aviation books to Bee lunches to share and trade for other great aviation books.

Air Show Meet-Ups

Bees love explore the excitement of air shows such as Sun N Fun and Airventure Oshkosh.  Our next meet-up will be the Massey Chili Fly-In on Saturday May 9th.

Internet Networking

Bees have fun on the internet as well.  Join us on our Yahoo List or Face Book group.

Mentoring

Bees love to bring new members into the fold.  The Bee mentoring program pairs new female flight students with other women who can share experiences and support with new students.
