Borrowing the mainteance records:
As you know, CSP works very hard to keep accurate and up to date
maintenance records for all of our planes. As such, our records are
extremely valuable and it is critical that they stay where they belong.
We would appreciate your help in implementing the following:
1. Renters and pre-checkride students who wish to review aircraft
records must make a request to a CSP flight instructor. The flight
instructor will then notify Jamie both at the time the records are
checked out and at the time they are returned. The instructor will be
responsible for the records while they are checked out.
2. No CSP maintenance records may leave the CSP building.
3. Students who are actively taking a checkride must either follow the
procedures in step one or if an instructor cannot be available for the
entire duration of the ride the student must exchange his/her drivers
license for the records with Jamie. Students are strongly encouraged to
coordinate with an instructor and follow the step one procedures instead
as Jamie is not always available, especially on weekends.
We greatly appreciate your help in maintaining the quality of our
maintenance records.
